The Wells MOD-400TDM built-in food warmer accepts four full-size food pans or many combinations of smaller fractional-sized pans. This food warmer can be operated wet or dry, but wet operation is preferred to ensure maximum product quality and holding times. The equipment's seamless, deep-drawn wells makes them durable and easy to clean, while the included Wellslok hardware makes the warmer easy to install. Independent thermostatic controls give operators the ability to dial in the precise holding temperature of each well. Each well has its own thermostatic controls that are recessed to protect them. The Wells MOD-400TDM built-in food warmer has powerful tubular heating elements that sit under the pans for quick and even heat distribution.
