The Toastmaster TMGM48 griddle is built with a 3⁄4-inch griddle plate that spreads heat evenly across the cooking surface and retains heat well for quick cooking times and fast recovery. The plate's ultra-smooth finish helps prevent food from sticking and makes the griddle surface easy to keep clean. The griddle's four 20,000 BTU burner are spaced evenly every 12 inches and are each controlled with a manual 1⁄4 turn gas valve that gives cooks direct control over the intensity of the gas flame.  A stainless steel front, bull nose, and grease drawer make the Toastmaster TMGM48 long-lasting and easy to maintain. An aluminized steel back and sides make those components rugged and resistant to corrosion. A steel backsplash and side splashes, along with a spatula-width grease trough, make it easy for operators to manage the grease produced as they cook on the Toastmaster manual gas griddle.
