Versatile and compact, the W-500-IS automatic grease trap can either be floor mounted or used in a partially recessed installation. While attempting to remove grease from water can be messy, this unit has an automatic self-cleaning cycle that runs without need of an operator’s assistance. To turn it on, the digital control pad can be easily accessed and understood. Able to handle 50 gallons of water per minute during maximum flow, the appliance has the capacity to hold 100 pounds of grease.
