Thermaco W-350-IS - 35 GPM Big Dipper Grease Trap

Designed to be able to withstand years of use, the Thermaco W-350-IS boasts a durable exterior made of stainless steel, as well as other materials that can resist corrosion. Versatile and compact, the W-350-IS automatic grease trap can either be floor mounted or used in a partially recessed installation. While attempting to remove grease from water can be messy, the grease recovery device has an automatic self-cleaning cycle that runs without need of an operator’s assistance. To turn it on, the digital control pad can be easily accessed and understood. Able to handle 35 gallons of water per minute during maximum flow, the appliance has the capacity to hold 70 pounds of grease.
