The Southbend BGS/12SC full-size convection oven is heated by natural gas. The dependent doors open 180 degrees and are equipped with high-efficiency, low-emission glass windows. While the oven is on, the heavy-duty door handle stays cool. The exterior front, sides, and top are made from stainless steel for simple cleaning and durability. The interior is made from porcelain and has coved corners instead of square corners so debris can easily be cleaned out. Removable rack guides offer 11 different rack positions spaced 15⁄8 inches apart. Five wire racks come standard with this unit.
