This slicer only operates if it is in the home position and the knife will not be exposed when tilted. To inform users when maintenance is needed, the graphic user interface lights up with a Clear-Text LCD display. For brisk cleaning, this unit is made of anodized aluminum and can be propped up using the included kickstand.
